xampp 访问出现New XAMPP security concept 
Access forbidden!

New XAMPP security concept:Access to the requested directory is only available from the local network.This setting can be configured in the file “httpd-xampp.conf”.

解决办法：
打开httpd-xampp.conf文件（位置：lampp/etc/extra/httpd-xampp.conf）
找到
<Directory "/opt/lampp/phpmyadmin">
AllowOverride AuthConfig Limit
Require local
ErrorDocument 403 /error/XAMPP_FORBIDDEN.html.var
</Directory>

将其中的Require local改为Require all granted

再关掉服务区重启一下就ok啦
