cordova执行cordova build android命令时build失败：

No usable Android build tools found. Highest 34.x installed version is 30.0.3; Recommended version is 34.0.0.

解决方法：需要更新 Build Tools到34.0.0，可以在 SDK Manager 中安装 SDK Platform 34 以及 SDK Build Tools 34.0.0。使用Android studio进行更新。
