Ship application with SqliteDb

Here we have two ways to ship an application with Sqlite Database, 

1) Precreate the sqlite database and include it in the apk
2) Include the SQL commands with the application and have it create the database and insert the data on first use.

The drawbacks of 1): possible sqlite version mismatches might cause problems
The drawbacks with 2) It may take a really long time to create and populate the database on the device.

So, maybe the 1) is the better choice. and here is the way to lessen its shortcomings
1. Save all your "Excute SQL" in create_database.sql, and you can create it simplely from the sqlite3 commind line
2. Also under sqlite3 command line, the "Excute SQL" could we get from db.
$sqlite your_data.db
sqlite>.output your_data.sql
sqlite>.dump
