现象：

Error 91009: Timeout waiting for the secure store access lock. Please confirm the issue is reproducible with 'hdbuserstore list' command. Proper -H argument or HDB_USE_IDENT environment variable may be needed for selecting the correct store exhibiting the issue. Once the issue is confirmed, please use the undocumented 'hdbuserstore ForcedUnlock' command to remove the stale lock file. The same -H or HDB_USE_IDENT environment varialbe is needed. While performing the forced unlock, make sure no other process is accessing .

安装客户端或客户端应用服务起不来，提示以上报错：
