修改my.cnf
vi /etc/my.cnf
default-character-set=utf8mb4
default-character-set=utf8mb4

character-set-server=utf8mb4 就可以了

# For advice on how to change settings please see
# http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/server-configuration-defaults.htm
[mysqld]

# Remove leading # and set to the amount of RAM for the most important data
# cache in MySQL. Start at 70% of total RAM for dedicated server, else 10%.
# innodb_buffer_pool_size = 128M
#
# Remove leading # to turn on a very important data integrity option: logging
# changes to the binary log between backups.
# log_bin
#
# Remove leading # to set options mainly useful for reporting servers.
# The server defaults are faster for transactions and fast SELECTs.
# Adjust sizes as needed, experiment to find the optimal values.
# join_buffer_size = 128M
# sort_buffer_size = 2M
# read_rnd_buffer_size = 2M

# Disabling symbolic-links is recommended to prevent assorted security risks

# On Linux you can copy this file to /etc/my.cnf to set global options,
# mysql-data-dir/my.cnf to set server-specific options

# ~/.my.cnf to set user-specific options.
#
# On Windows you should keep this file in the installation directory
# of your server (e.g. C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server X.Y). To
# make sure the server reads the config file use the startup option
# "--defaults-file".
#
# To run the server from the command line, execute this in a
# command line shell, e.g.
# mysqld --defaults-file="C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server X.Y\my.ini"
#
# To install the server as a Windows service manually, execute this in a
# command line shell, e.g.
# mysqld --install MySQLXY --defaults-file="C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server X.Y\my.ini"
#
# And then execute this in a command line shell to start the server, e.g.
# net start MySQLXY

mysql --help|grep my.cnf
一般情况 /etc/my.cnf /etc/mysql/my.cnf ~/.my.cnf 按照这个顺序读取配置文件 /etc/my.cnf 效力最高

vi /etc/my.cnf

Emoji:
 ALTER TABLE tb_message  MODIFY message  text CHARACTER SET utf8mb4 COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci;
ALTER TABLE tb_message CHARSET=utf8mb4;

ALTER TABLE tb_message CONVERT TO CHARACTER SET utf8mb4 COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci;

alter database db_name character set utf8mb4;

show variables like 'character_set_database';

show variables like 'character%';

show create table tb_message ;

show variables like '%char%';

[client]
default-character-set=utf8mb4
[mysqld]
character-set-server = utf8mb4

 SET NAMES utf8mb4;

[mysql@linuxtest ~]$ mysqld --verbose --help|grep -A 1 'Default options'

或者:
 mysql --verbose --help|grep -A 1 'Default options'

2、使用 mysqld 脚本启动:/etc/inint.d/mysqld start
3、使用 safe_mysqld 启动:safe_mysqld&

2、使用 mysqld 脚本启动:/etc/inint.d/mysqld stop
3、 mysqladmin shutdown

2、使用 mysqld 脚本启动:/etc/inint.d/mysqld restart
