No local changes, not deploying APK，adb shell am start -n

利用Android studio编译项目的时候，出现以下的bug

Run Logs:
No local changes, not deploying APK
$ adb shell am start -n "com.klin.test/com.klin.test.login.activity.LoginActivity" -a android.intent.action.MAIN -c android.intent.category.LAUNCHER
Connected to process 28101 on device 

原因：可能项目中引入了WebView之后，JS相关的文件发生了改变，而Android studio没有觉察到，所以导致apk安装不了

解决方案：
 File --->Setting-->Instant Run-->取消 Enable Instant Run to hot swap code/resource changes on deplou的勾选
