在上传excel 的时候报这个错误，找了好半天问题，发现了原因。

原来接收请求的方法是：

(HttpRequest request, HttpResponse response, @RequestParam(value = "file")

改成

(HttpServletRequest request, HttpServletResponse response, @RequestParam(value = "file")即可。
