环境变量配置

是在path中增加anaconda3和anaconda3/scripts
在pathtext中增加.py和.pym

问题1：

anaconda直接傻瓜安装但需要配置python环境变量
如果是windows的话需要去 控制面板\系统和安全\系统\高级系统设置\环境变量\用户变量\PATH 中添加 anaconda的安装目录的Scripts文件夹

善用pycharm中的File->Setting->Project:xxx->Project Interpreter
和Anaconda Navigator中的Environments–>tensorflow–>筛选not installed
