Android嵌套webview时，软键盘挡住输入框问题，完美解决，兼容各机型

解决方法如下

1、在manifest文件中添加

android:windowSoftInputMode="stateAlwaysHidden|adjustResize"

<activity
    android:name=".base.AgentWebViewActivity"
    android:windowSoftInputMode="stateAlwaysHidden|adjustResize"/>

2、新增类

AndroidBug5497Workaround
