原因：
缺失jar包的pom文件
解决方法：
将本地maven仓库对应的jar包文件夹删除，然后重新maven update，将pom文件下载下来。
如果是maven私库，查看对应jar包目录下是否有pom文件；如果没有，验证上传jar包时是否有勾选 Generate a POM file with these coordinates
