关于oracle的em界面打开后，在命令行查看status状态却起不来

查看oracle->sysman->log->emoms.log可知

  jdbc.ConnectionCache _getConnection.353 - Got a fatal exeption when getting a connection; Error code = 1033; Cleaning up cache and retrying

 ERROR eml.OMSHandshake processFailure.806 - OMSHandshake failed.(AGENT URL = https://calm:3938/emd/main)(ERROR = INTERNAL_ERROR)(CAUSE =java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress

解决方法：

把服务OracleServiceORCL关掉，使用emctl status dbconsole命令打开即可看到em is running 

然后重新开启OracleServiceORCL服务。
