问题1：输入一个个数为10的列表，并输入列表中第二大的元素

list = []
num =0

问题2： 从控制台输入一串字符串，输出字符串中单词的个数

 方法一：

str = input("请输入一段字符串:")
#index ：下标

count = 0

        if index == len(str):
            break
    count += 1
    if index == len(str):
        break
    while str[index] == " ":

 方法二：（巧用split（）函数）

str = input("请输入字符串")
str2 = str.split(" ")
count = 0
for c in str2:
    if len(c) > 0:
        count += 1
print("单词数量为：",count)

 

问题三： 从控制台输入一个年份，判断是否为闰年

闰年判断条件：能被4正处但是不能被100整除，或者能被400整除
'''
#键盘输入的是字符串，使用int()强制转化成整型
year = int(input("请输入查询年份"))
