图形学会议集锦

   这两天整理了一下图形方面的主要期刊和会议都有什么，还有一些好的资源网站，很宝贵的资源，分享给在计算机图形图像领域苦苦研究的学子们。

看了这些排名后，无奈的发现发个C类的就已经很不错了，每一位研究图形的同学毕业时能有上面的一篇文章就已经很不错了，我们的眼中只有SIGGRAPH，尽管发一篇很不现实，至少我们实验室到目前还没有一篇。不管怎么样，为了毕业就要继续的啃这些论文。整理了自己研究方向所有的文献，发现还有一些不错的会议，这些会议也有很多质量很高的论文。

Computer Graphics 中最鼎鼎大名的就是SIGGRAPH了。其会议全称是：International Conference on Computer Graphics and Interactive Techniques. SIGGRAPH是ACM SIG之一。SIGGRAPH是一个盛会式的会议。除了Paper,还有很大规模的展览。98年 SIGGRAPH的与会者人数达到了创纪录的 48700。现在维
持在30000上下。SIGGRAPH paper的接受率大约接近20%. 而实际上递交到SIGRRAPH的文章质量都很高，其录取难度要比接受率接近的其他会议高得多。

其 他Computer Graphics 的会议和SIGGRAPH就至少差了一个档次。SIGGRAPH下来是 Eurographics. 虽然是欧洲的会议，但也是面向世界。接受率现在也有差不多20%.但是每次会议参加人数就少的多，就是5-600。还有不错的会议是加拿大的 Graphics Interface. 创建的时间比SIGGRAPH还要早几年，是最早的图形学会议了。另外一个比较综合的会议就是Pacific Graphics. 这几年水平在上升。当然要到EG的水平，还需要很长时间。不过这个会议录取率很低，也低于20%。这个可能和国内在这个会议投稿比较多有关。现在 Graphics 会议的趋势是把会议论文集作成专业期刊的一期特刊。SIGGRAPH Proceeding是每年ACM TOG的第三期。Eurographics会议论文是Computer Graphics Forum的一期。PG现在是the Visual Computer的一期。其他综合图形学会议还有IEEE CGI, GRAPHITE等等。

ACM 和EG有一些很好的Symposium. ACM的I3D质量很高。有小SIGGRAPH的说法，录取率低于30%。还有EG的EGSR. 因为其截稿日期正好在SIGGRAPH和EG结果发布之后，很多不幸被以上两个会议据稿的 Rendering 方向的文章就会投到这里。录取率在30%左右。 

Visualization这个方向最好的会议是就每年的Visualization (VIS).当然，如果有好的文章，也可以投到SIGGRAPH.早期的一些Visualization经典文章比如Marching Cubes都是在SIGGRAPH上发表的。当然那时候还没有Visualization这个会议。1990年才开始第一届VIS会议。现在录取率一般在 三分之一。2005年是 88/268
。这里还有相关的两个会议Symposium on Volume Visualization and Graphics (VolVis)和Symposium on Parallel and Large-Data Visualization and Graphics (PVG)。原来都是每两年一次。交替和Vis一同举行。但是从2005年开始都并入Vis会议了。Vis每年会选一些文章进入一期IEEE Trans on Visualization and Computer Graphics (TVCG)。大概是要追赶潮流，以后可能所有的Vis文章都会进入TVCG。和Vis同时举行的还有InfoVis.这个会议只有十年的历史，但是发展 很快。前景看好。现在的接受率已经低于30%. 在欧洲EG体系下面还有一个Joint IEEE/EG Symposium on Visualization (VisSym). 今年刚刚改名为EuroVis. 大概有Eurographcis之于SIGGRAPH的味道。接受率30出头。可以列为仅次于 Vis的可视化方向的会议。InfoVis的范畴和Vis有所不同。所以不好做比较。还有一个Volume Graphics Workshop.每奇数年举行。录取率比较高(50%).
