springboot集成cxf启动报错DispatcherServletRegistrationConfiguration' not loaded because DispatcherServlet

问题详情：

问题的指向在于：

困了我一上午，结果找到了！！！是springboot与cxf的版本冲突问题
我的springboot是用IDEA自动生成的，版本是2.1.8（比较新），但是我在引入cxf的依赖是在玩网上找的依赖（版本相对比较低，是3.1.6版本的）


解决办法：降低springboot的版本或者提高cxf的版本，我这里是提高cxf的版本同时降低springboot的版本

springboot 2.0.3
cxf 3.2.6

当然了我觉得另外一种方法也行，就是去掉@Bean的那个方法，用配置文件来弄
