Uiautomator编译运行的自动化

Uiautomator使用时需要先生成bulid.xml文件，然后Ant build，然后把生成的Jar包导入手机，然后运行，这样比较费劲，也不方便根据现象修改自动化脚本。所以可以把以上过程封装的一个工具类，使用的时候调用，这样就完全实现了自动化。
