调整了deepinlinux标题栏

deepinlinux 15.11默认有light和dark风格主题

用了dark风格，更省电，标题栏发现有点高，按照网络修改文件

~/.local/share/deepin/themes/deepin/dark/titlebar.ini

用了一段换了第三方主题，发现标题栏背景比较白的颜色，看不清关闭最大化图标了

摸索了一下同样加在deepin的titlebar.ini也能修改成功

到了deepinlinux20.9版本发现上面配置不太奏效，经过搜索修正如下

另外发现运行有些程序控制台报警告

Error retrieving accessibility bus address: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name org.a11y.Bus was not provided by any .service files  

后来发现安装一个库解决问题

sudo apt-get install at-spi2-core
