1、raw.githubusercontent.com --> 185.199.108.133
执行以下命令

cat >> /etc/hosts << EOF
185.199.108.133 raw.githubusercontent.com
EOF

2、重新执行

kubectl apply -f https://raw.githubusercontent.com/coreos/flannel/master/Documentation/kube-flannel.yml
