(1) build bjam

> build mingw --release
(2) build special library of boost
example for boost::thread

> tools/jam/src/bin.ntx86/bjam.exe --with-thread toolset=gcc variant=release link=shared threading=multi stage
we must build boost::thread, boost::system and boost::program_options for robosim.
to build boost::system and boost::program_options :
