extjs按条件查询出来的结果显示grid中 列表不显示原因

struts2+ext的交互过程中，查询所有数据、以及所有数据的分页都显示没问题，但是做一个根据姓名查询的时候，列表上不显示数据。报错如下：

我的解决方法：我在userAction中声明了一个userDaoImpl 是用spring注入的，把它的get方法干掉，则grid中正常显示符合查询条件的数据。
