Linux平台webrtc源码下载和编译

先安装depot_tools，这里略去。

1、mkdir webrtc && cd webrtc

2、fetch --nohooks webrtc

3、gclient sync

4、./build/install-build-deps.sh

5、gn gen out/Default

6、ninja -C out/Default

网上说第2步使用：fetch --nohooks webrtc_android，但我这样也行：fetch --nohooks webrtc

下载和编译都能成功。
