在我们自己配置php和apache的时候，显示**Forbidden**403
You don’t have permission to access / on this server.的时候，

是提示权限不够
1：将httpd.conf中的

AllowOverride none
Require all denied

修改为：

AllowOverride all
#Require all denied
Require all granted

2：将httpd-vhosts.conf中的站点配置权限修改为：

    Options Indexes FollowSymLinks
    DirectoryIndex index.html index.php
    AllowOverride all
    Order Deny,Allow
    Allow From All
