centos8 安装ceph-common

k8s测试环境中，node节点有三台是centos8 mini版的。最近刚弄完rook-ceph存储，所有的node节点需要安装ceph-common，centos7 的顺利安装，centos 8 的碰到缺少依赖的问题。
