IDEA下maven分模块开发，web块不能创建serlvet的问题的解决方案

最近做项目使用到maven分模块开发，在一个root项目下建立若干个model，但是发现在web模块下不能创建servlet，经多方查阅，发现时idea的一个bug。

当我们创建完web块之后，.iml文件没有及时更新，秩序在此文件中添加

同时还需要保证web块的pom文件中包含：
