问题原因：目录无效
SQL> select directory_name from dba_directories where directory_name=‘EXPDP_DIR’
;

DIRECTORY_NAME DIRECTORY_PATH

EXPDP_DIR D:\expdpbak2020\ecard
处理办法：删除目录重建目录并授权

SQL> drop directory EXPDP_DIR;

目录已删除。
SQL> create directory EXPDP_DIR as ‘d:\expdpbak2020\ecard’;

目录已创建。
说明：磁盘符小写
SQL> grant read,write on directory EXPDP_DIR to public;

授权成功。
