Android 9.0系统兼容适配

在 Android 6.0 中，我们取消了对 Apache HTTP 客户端的支持。 从 Android 9 开始，默认情况下该内容库已从 bootclasspath 中移除且不可用于应用。
要继续使用 Apache HTTP 客户端，以 Android 9.0 及更高版本为目标的应用可以向其 AndroidManifest.xml的application节点下 添加以下内容：

    <uses-library
    android:name="org.apache.http.legacy"
    android:required="false" />        

Android 9.0要求使用安全的网络访问，如果使用http请求会报错。
解决方案：
在 res/ xml 目录下新增一个network_security_config.xml 文件

<network-security-config>
    <base-config cleartextTrafficPermitted="true" />
</network-security-config>

然后在APP的AndroidManifest.xml文件下的application标签增加以下属性：

   android:networkSecurityConfig="@xml/network_security_config"

上一个 xml 的配置只是解决了项目中自己的接口请求使用http的问题，如果有第三方的http请求需要在 xml 文件中设置相关路径：

</network-security-config>

需要注意的是接口地址不要加 http:// 前缀，如果是 ip 地址，还不能加端口号。
