报错问题
java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value ‘�й��׼ʱ��’ is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.
Caused by: com.mysql.cj.exceptions.InvalidConnectionAttributeException: The server time zone value ‘�й��׼ʱ��’ is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.
解决方法
Step1
工程项目WebContent或者WebRoot下的WEB-INF/lib/必须引入mysql-connector-java-8.0.16.jar包；
Step2
在数据库配置文件下配置如下参数，即xxx.properties文件
url:jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/你的数据库名称?useUnicode=true&characterSetResults=utf8&useSSL=true&characterEncoding=utf8&serverTimezone=UTC
driverClassName:com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver
Step3
cmd进入C:\Database\mysql-8.0.16-winx64\bin目录，登录本机MySQL数据库，输入以下命令：mysql -u root/其它账户名称 -p，Enter password：******，登录成功后，修改数据库时区为东八区，命令为：
set global time_zone = ‘+8:00’;//设置时区为东八区
flush privileges;//刷新权限
至此，再次运行Tomcat，便不会再报错。
