npm 安装失败 ECONNRESET

解决：

1. npm config set registry=http://registry.npmjs.org  
2. npm config set proxy=http://127.0.0.1:8087
   

注释：

1，将下载源的地址，由https://registry.npmjs.org改成http://registry.npmjs.org

2，http://127.0.0.1:8087是本地goagent的代理
