1. 删除用户,修改密码:

delete from mysql.user where...
mysql> set password for 'root'@'localhost' =password('sbdxib');
mysql> flush privileges;

2.create user/database:

mysql> creaate user 'sbdxib'@'%' identified by 'sbdxib';

You can turn off this feature to get a quicker startup with -A
