idea启动tomcat，控制台打印了一条这个信息。
大致的意思是找到了几个没有tld文件的jar包，去debug看看详细的打印信息。，tld文件是个啥，自己去百度一下吧。

留着其实没什么毛病，但是心理作用，感觉项目不干净的话，可以去掉这个提醒。
找到tomcat的目录，我的本地有tomcat7和tomcat8.有点细小的差别。

conf/catalina.properties文件，把这个注释掉，最好做个备份。tomcat7：

然后重启IDEA，跑起来。项目启动快很多了。
