tp写微信小程序支付

本篇主要记录微信小程序支付的踏坑，本人菜鸟，主要代码来源于百度，经本人测试，能完成支付，记录一下，以便下次使用。

接触项目支付开发，打开微信支付开发说明文档，感觉能开发文档写得好简单，动手尝试，我去。。。连个SDK都不会弄，最后弄了看到只有如下的支付实例；

没有小程序支付啊~~，汗....
