React Native运行问题Could not install the app on the device

异常信息：
Could not install the app on the device, read the error above for details.
Make sure you have an Android emulator running or a device connected and have
set up your Android development environment:

解决方法： 1.首先检查 AndroidSdk环境变量时候配置。
2.降低gradle插件版本 ，由3.1.1改为2.3.3
classpath ‘com.android.tools.build:gradle:2.3.3’
3.修改implementation，testImplementation，androidTestImplementation为 compile,testCompile,androidTestCompile
