启动tomcat 报Unable to add the resource at [] to the cache

org.apache.catalina.webresources.Cache.getResource Unable to add the resource at [/WEB-INF/classes/org/
springframework/beans/factory/xml/spring-beans-4.1.xsd] to the cache because the
re was insufficient free space available after evicting expired cache entries -
consider increasing the maximum size of the cache

第一种方法（推荐）：Tomcat 的存放目录，/conf/context.xml的context标签里面增加
<Resources cachingAllowed="true" cacheMaxSize="100000" />

第二种方法：禁用缓存，disable the cache，在context标签里面添加如下设置
<Resources cachingAllowed="false"/>
