【小白MYSQL】将表格数据导入mysql存放

最近整理电脑文档，发现数据还是挺多的额，一时瞎捣鼓一下午，原计划想纯使用cmd命令导入数据，可是最终还是放弃了！utf8匹配问题？！什么鬼！！！果然还是应该老老实实的使用软件么（切~）

列下软件名字：Navicat for MySQL（以后要也可以找找）

嘛，最后稍微列一下小操作算了
