As for the issue as to why you cannot copy or edit your app listing, you need to reach out to thePartner Support Team for more clarification and for further context as well.

    1. Unresolved. If your application contains any marketing for other Shopify Apps including your own, you must link directly to the Shopify App Store listing for that application and you cannot ask for .myshopify.com URL for them to install the app. Unapproved applications should not be marketed within your Shopify Application.

We will be waiting on your response here. And kindly know that failure to solve the issues above in the next email then I will put your app into draft status to give you ample time to solve the issues. The apps team just doesn’t have the bandwidth to provide 1-1 app development support. We see hundreds of app submissions and we need to ensure we are being fair and allocating appropriate time to every developer.

在发布shopify 公共应用时,有个授权流程,我参考了其他erp 的审核流程,都是用户输入shopify站点url,然后拉起授权流程。但是在提交审核时,告诉我不能通过用户站点url “you cannot ask for .myshopify.com URL**” 的方式安装程序。需要跳转到app store listing ,但是我的应用程序又还没有发布,自然也就无法生成这个URL了。

审核人员让我联系Partner Support Team ,但是另一个团队说在程序没发布之前不需要这个链接,让我向审核团队澄清背景。

For questions and clarification on the specific request made by the review team I would advise replying to the team directly. They will be able to answer your questions with better clarity and specificity.

From my understanding of the screenshot you provided the app listing at the time of submission may have included reference to another app, when this is done you need to include the Shopify App Store URL listing. You do not need to include this URL if the only app being referenced is the one being reviewed. Again though, it is best to clarify that information with the app review team.

Unbelievable. I have opened 6 tickets with the chat support who said the partner review team will get back to me and no one has. I have asked my review contact who rejected the app on clarity on the issue and they just referred me to documentation that doesn't address the issue.

There no answer in the community groups and the issue has been raised in all of these posts:

No one knows what to do.

真是栓Q了。没一个人有解决的方法。只好把支持团队的邮件截图发给审核团队了。看看能不能有进展。
