项目场景：

maven打war包，控制台报错

问题描述：

Could not transfer artifact org.apache.maven.surefire:surefire-junit4:pom:2.12.4 from/to alimaven (http://maven.aliyun.com/nexus/content/groups/public/): archiva-maven-storage-prod.oss-cn-beijing.aliyuncs.com

原因分析：

因为默认建的springboot项目用maven管理jar包的pom.xml文件中没有配置maven打包所需要的插件

org.apache.maven.plugins

解决方案：

解决办法：打开pom.xml文件，添加如下打包的设置

org.apache.maven.plugins maven-surefire-plugin 2.18.1 true
