Version 3.9.1 was not found in the local cache Error: Version 3.9.1 with arch x64 not found

偶遇GitHub运行Python脚本时报错：
Version 3.9.1 was not found in the local cache.
Error: Version 3.9.1 with arch x64 not found.

不是很清楚什么原因，不过根据提示应该是3.9.1版本用不了了，打开网址可以看到目前的一些版本，我改成3.11.1版本后运行成功。

希望有大佬能指点一下这是什么原因？感谢👍
