XAMPP报错This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies

错误信息：

myeclipse2015CI发布完项目（这个版本，项目默认发布到自己tomcat目录下）
发生经过：我删了

上面的项目。
在XAMPP启动tomcat，发生报错。（我安装的时候识别到我已有的tomcat服务，所以这个tomcat不是XAMPP内置的tomcat）

原来，我删了项目，但是server.xml的配置还健在，找不到项目直接报错，不启动了。
所以我们需要将项目的配置手动删除。如上图删去对应的Content。
