红米 小米 手机 sendBroadcast 报错，直接崩溃

问题背景描述：

做了一个蓝牙传输的项目，接收图片文件的后，需要更新一下系统相册，相册才能出现那个文件，但是其他的机型都是可以调用sendBroadcast ，但是小米的就是不行，屏蔽了这句话 是完全OK的，小米手机自己有文件更新系统，但是能不能找个解决根本性的问题的方法呢？写个博客记录一下自己没把握的问题。
