多进程方法multiprocessing的Process使用错误

想要按照书上测试 多进程模块multiprocessing时，会发现使用错误

from multiprocessing import Process
import time

def test():
    while True:
        print("uuuuu")
        time.sleep(1)

p=Process(target=test)
p.start()#让这个进程执行代码
while True:
    print("testtest")
    time.sleep(1)

结果会出现RuntimeError错误，An attempt has been made to start a new process before the
        current process has finished its bootstrapping phase.


        This probably means that you are not using fork to start your
        child processes and you have forgotten to use the proper idiom
        in the main module:


            if __name__ == '__main__':
                freeze_support()
                ...


        The "freeze_support()" line can be omitted if the program
        is not going to be frozen to produce an executable.

程序无法正常运行，之后根据报错信息，修改部分代码，在多进程模块放在if __name__ == '__main__':内，即可正常运行，原理不明
