tp5微信app支付开发流程

1. 配置账号
   注册商家->配置账号->取appid、商家好，商户平台api支付处设置的key、支付成功回调地址、支付请求地址（微信官方的）
   配置：是在tp5配置文件配置上面，，然后使用
