android 代码动态获取xml 中View 的属性

遇到某些情况需要用到android控件相关的属性，但是这些属性没有提供外部接口，甚至没有无法通过反射获取属性值可以通过一下方法获得：

下面例子是获取textview 中加粗 textStyle 的属性,根据是否加粗，使用下载的加粗字体替换
