解决ubuntu apt-get install 问题：Certificate verification failed: The certificate is NOT trusted.

1、修改镜像源，将https改为http

vim /etc/apt/sources.list

2、更新证书

sudo apt-get install --reinstall ca-certificates

3、更新完证书后改回https【这步没有用，后面2步均正常】

4、更新软件列表 sudo apt-get udpate

5、安装软件 sudo apt-get install bc
