先吐嘈一下，现在在网上寻找解决问题的方法，基本上都是重复的回答，让人蛋疼，CV的人太多了，搜索下来，一页的回答全是重复的，真是日了狗了，我一开始遇到这个问题，搜索后，看回答的解决方案都没有用，后来自己冥思苦想，思考其原理，发现是因为sass安装时获取源的问题（真正的解决方流程如下，希望能帮助到有需要的人，我也是这么过来的啊，却没有找到~）：

1、npm install遇到了 这个报错

node-sass@4.13.1 postinstall: `node scripts/build.js`
