控制台报错
对应的工作流在这里插入图片描述
~~因为这个工作流之前运行过，是最近更新才出现的问题，所以应该不是模型问题。~~

虽然不知道为啥，但是ControNet模型换了之后，报错就没了在这里插入图片描述

解决方法：模型和Lora换成SDXL

onnxruntime.capi.onnxruntime_pybind11_state.InvalidProtobuf: [ONNXRuntimeError] : 7 : INVALID_PROTOBUF : Load model from D:\AI\new_ComfyUI_windows_portable_nvidia_cu121_or_cpu\ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\custom_nodes\ComfyUI-InstantID\models\antelopev2\1k3d68.onnx failed:Protobuf parsing failed.

1k3d68.onnx 模型不完整，网络不通畅，手动下载存到目录里就好了

对应工作流：

解决方法：

ZHO汉化的instant ID有1.0和2.0版本之分，V1.0 工作流仅适用于V1.0 版本，
图里的节点就是1.0的，换成2.0的生成节点就OK了。

ComfyUI I2VGenXL初次加载默认工作流错误

requirements.txt里的依赖已经都安装过了，仍然报错
解决方法：
把diffuser更新到最新可以了
更新方法：在python_embeded目录下运行 cmd命令：python -m pip install --upgrade diffusers

更新完后，红字消失啦！

一键更新后comfy UI缺少insightface模块

报错信息：
insightface/thirdparty/face3d/mesh/cython/mesh_core_cython.cpp(36): fatal error C1083: 无法打开包括文件: “Python.h”: No such file or directory
error: command ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\BuildTools\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.39.33519\bin\HostX86\x64\cl.exe’ failed with exit code 2

下载和 Python 版本对应的 whl 文件
