系统介绍
数字网络技术在早期的20世纪80年代-90年代开始发展，逐渐成为21世纪的主流。互联网时代刚新启之时，大众还不太了解和接受这种新型技术，通过智能手机的到来，大众逐渐开始接受到互联网的好处，手机到电脑，各种形形色色的智能软件到电脑网页等等，涉及到各行各业当中。扩大产业的推广面，也增加了更多丰富的行业，减少纸质化污染，提升管理能力，让各行各业得到更全面的发展和维护。在我们不断的学习网络知识和创新，在管理层，网络也是起到了非常绝对性的帮助。
基于上述背景，本文设计并开发了一个宿舍维修管理系统。采用B/S框架结合JSP技术来开发。为保证数据长久储存，使用数据库Mysql存储系统中的信息，
系统中部分信息也可以通过表的形式导入导出。系统通过不同对象的使用需求设计不同的使用功能，并对功能进行细化和实现。通过使用本系统，学生、老师和宿管可以更好的查看、采集、统计信息，更好的管理学生。提高了宿舍的管理水平，推进了我国的高校学工管理向智能化、科学化、规范化、信息化前进的进程。

2.3.1 主要功能描述
对学生宿舍管理工作相关的业务流程进行研究和分析后，明确了该系统的主要功能，具体如下：
- 基础信息管理： 该模块主要包含学生信息和宿舍信息的管理，主要任务是进行数据的日常维护和修改。
- 宿舍分配管理： 依据当前的宿舍状况，为学生分配宿舍，并允许学生自选床位。最后的分配结果以表格形式提供给管理人员，方便查看和记录。
- 日常宿舍管理： 这个模块主要包括卫生管理、设备维修管理、留言管理等。卫生管理是记录和维护宿舍卫生检查的信息；设备维修管理是添加、查看、修改设备报修单的信息；留言管理则包括发布公告、失物招领、一般留言以及对这些信息的维护。
- 离返校管理： 针对节假日，统计返校学生和离校学生的数据，整理好的数据可以通过图表展示，方便管理人员直观地了解数据情况。
- 综合查询管理： 该功能实现对所有信息的集中查询，包括学生资料、楼栋资料、宿舍分配情况、卫生情况、返校情况、离校情况、宿舍成员、留言信息等等。
2.3.2 用例建模
系统主要服务于三类用户：学生、辅导员和宿舍管理员，他们各自对系统的功能需求有所不同：
- 学生
学生主要需要使用此系统来浏览个人的宿舍信息，这包括了自己的宿舍分配情况、床位选择，以及查阅其他宿舍成员的信息。此外，学生也需要有能力填报、查看和调整自己宿舍的维修请求。每周的卫生检查情况应对学生开放，以便他们了解宿舍的卫生状况。在假期，学生需要进行离校登记，并在返校后填写返校信息。学生还需要查看和发布在公告板上的信息，包括公告、失物招领信息以及发布留言等。同时，学生应有权修改自己的基本信息和账号密码。学生用例如图 2-1 所示。

- 辅导员
辅导员在系统中主要承担信息管理的职责。这包括维护学生的基本信息，如个人资料的更新或修正。此外，辅导员需要查看学生的宿舍分配信息，以理解宿舍的分配情况。在节假日，辅导员需要查看学生的去向信息和返校信息，以了解学生的动态。对于寒暑假留校申请，辅导员需要查看并审批。此外，辅导员也需要查看学生的卫生检查情况，以了解宿舍的卫生状况。辅导员用例如图 2-2 所示。

- 宿舍管理员
宿舍管理员的角色在系统中主要涉及到宿舍的维护和管理。这包括更新和管理宿舍的相关信息，处理学生提出的维修申请，以确保宿舍设施的正常运行。在新生入学时，宿舍管理员负责分配宿舍。同时，管理员需要在留言板上发布公告、失物招领等信息，以方便信息的传播。查看学生寒暑假的留校信息也是管理员的职责之一，这有助于他们了解宿舍的使用情况。最后，宿舍管理员需要每周进行宿舍卫生检查，并将检查结果记录在系统中。宿舍管理员用例如图 2-3 所示。

环境需要
1.运行环境：最好是java jdk 1.8，我们在这个平台上运行的。其他版本理论上也可以。
2.IDE环境：IDEA，Eclipse,Myeclipse都可以。推荐IDEA;
3.tomcat环境：Tomcat 7.x,8.x,9.x版本均可
4.硬件环境：windows 7/8/10 1G内存以上；或者 Mac OS；
5.数据库：MySql 5.7版本；
6.是否Maven项目：否；

2. 前端：JSP+CSS+JavaScript+jQuery
使用说明
1. 使用Navicat或者其它工具，在mysql中创建对应名称的数据库，并导入项目的sql文件；
2. 使用IDEA/Eclipse/MyEclipse导入项目，Eclipse/MyEclipse导入时，若为maven项目请选择maven;
若为maven项目，导入成功后请执行maven clean;maven install命令，然后运行；
3. 将项目中springmvc-servlet.xml配置文件中的数据库配置改为自己的配置;
4. 运行项目，在浏览器中输入http://localhost:8080/ 登录
