这个是由于没有安装编译器造成的，需要执行命令如下：

sudo apt-get install --reinstall build-essential

sudo apt-get install --reinstall gcc

sudo dpkg-reconfigure build-essential

sudo dpkg-reconfigure gcc

问题完美解决
