Spring MVC的DispatcherServlet

使用：

第一步：

web.xml

执行过程：初始化时，会寻找寻找应用程序WEB-INF目录下的配置文件

配置文件命名规则：ServletName-servlet.xml  (例：springmvc-servlet)
