pycharm 出现 Try to run this command from the system terminal. Make sure that you use the correct vers

在pycharm上install模块时，报错
由于我配置的是远程服务器接口，根据网上的方法在~/.pip/pip.conf文件上添加镜像源，然并。。。没啥用。

后来在file–settings–project–project interpreter中修改下载repository
