Download the MODIS data

NOTE: You must registered account befor you do the next steps.

step 1:

Chose the sensor:

Step 2 : Select a collection (befor this step ,we chosed the MODIS: Terra as the sensor ),and this step ,we chose the MOD021KM as the example.

Step 3:Select the date:

Step 4 :chose the location of the study area.there are two ways for us to chose the location ,one is draw a  custom box ,another is enter the coordinates , I chose to enter the study area's coordinates.

Input the coordinatas about the site ,click the "+".

Step 5: Select the files that we need:

Step 6: Review and order:

post-processing parameters: According to what we need ,we can chose the parameters；

Different products have different paremeter.

Step 7:Click the "submit Order ",and  there will be a order ID, we will receive a email about the data's status ,and when the order is finished ,we can download it by the chrome download manager and  the plug-in for firefox  browser. (there is a offical tool, In the email ,we can see the guide abou the tool,we can also chose this tool to download) 

this is the complete process that how we download the MODIS data.

There is other way to download the MODIS data.

It is easy to download data form this website than the above one(my personal opinion)
