Eclipse每次修改文件之后，tomcat要自动重新部署，就会报这个错误：May be locked by another process

tomcat启动后，每次修改文件后，tomcat会自动重新部署，就会报如下错误：

Publishing failed with multiple errors
Could not delete D:\Program Files\apache-tomcat-7.0.90\webapps\h3bpm-portal\logs\BizBus\BizBus-log.log. May be locked by another process.
Could not delete D:\Program Files\apache-tomcat-7.0.90\webapps\h3bpm-portal\logs\Common\common-log.log. May be locked by another process.
Could not delete D:\Program Files\apache-tomcat-7.0.90\webapps\h3bpm-portal\logs\Controller\Controller-log.log. May be locked by another process.
Could not delete D:\Program Files\apache-tomcat-7.0.90\webapps\h3bpm-portal\logs\Engine\Engine-log.log. May be locked by another process.
Could not delete D:\Program Files\apache-tomcat-7.0.90\webapps\h3bpm-portal\logs\Entity\Entity-log.log. May be locked by another process.
Could not delete D:\Program Files\apache-tomcat-7.0.90\webapps\h3bpm-portal\logs\Portal\webservices-log.log. May be locked by another process.

解决方法：

在tomcat server配置页面勾上：Serve modules without publishing
